  • Hey @jazzi89 you mentioned you use pantyliners....are they scented? You could be sensitive to the sented ones...i cant use any type of scented anythig down there. If you cant get it to stop before your appt date i would call your doc and tell the nurse what is up....they may have you come in early or just call in a script for you right away. For now i would google safe vaginal itch creams.
  • Yes they are scented.I've never had a prob with perfumes but maybe I'm more sensitive now.
  • You might be more sensitive now. Your body does change a lot while pregnant...also you might not want to wear to tight of clothing down there the tight clothes could make things worse...
  • Ok thank you. I feel so embarrassed talking about this lol
  • Tht soundx like vaginotious! I sugest dont use anything untill ur doctors sees you! Monistat is for yeast infection n if its not that what you have it will not do anything! Wear cotton pantiess n air out at bedtime n go see ur doctor!
  • Wat causes vaginitis?

  • Ya I dont think its anything funky just irritation
  • @jazzi89 I had that same problem and I had a uti. No other symptoms but was itchy. I'm on an antibiotic now.

  • Symptoms of a yeast infection and bacterial vaginoisis can be similar. I don't know them off the top of my head, google them. Either way, I wouldn't try to self treat if you're pregnant. You'll need a rx for fluconazole for a yeast inf or your dr may recommend an otc treatment. If its bacterial vaginosis you'll get an rx forr metronidazole to take orally or a cream.
  • Its the panty liners! Ugh glad nothing to serious except for a mess til I go to the store grr
