  • It would be very meaningful but if the name isnt your preference then I can understand. Maybe have two middle names?

  • Thats always an option...
  • Ruben or Carlos... my deseased brother in laws name is Ruben Carlos Rivera... I know we r mexican but dang I didnt want such a traditional name that EVERY mexican has!!
  • My husband wanted to name a boy after his miscarried brother Jarred. My mom asked him how that would effect his mom, and if he really wanted to name him after somebody deceased.
  • So what ws the outcome?

. .my bd wanted to name our child if its a boy after his bro tht got murdered last yr... I said no bcuz I dnt lik d name! ! its Benjamin. and I did nt want him thinkn of my child as a replacement of his deceased brother. (play brother at tht, honestly his cousin)
  • I know it would mean alot to my hubby. But still on the fence about it.
  • @riveralove we are on girl number 3, but he changed his mind. If we would have had a boy it would have been Jacob Wyatt
  • I like ruben over carlos...we are using mu bf moms name who has passed...stephine and I don't like it at all but it mean a lot to him so I will do it
  • I would use it for a middle name for sure. Its not like you use a middle name often and it would make your husband happy.
