false negative test result?

I have been using an ovulation calendar faithfully for the past few months and my periods are always dead on what the calendar predicts...so I'm now 3 days late and I've taken 2 tests, both came out negative. Is it too early to tell? Anyone else have a similar story? How much longer should I wait?

I took a hpt middle october I was two weeks late it came back negative and on nov third I got my positive hpt

Yes it might be too early wait a couple more days for your hcg to go up then it'll be detected with the hpt

@twin_angels I say go to the dr so they can do a blood test
