Child support and medicad?

If im on medicad will they ask my boyfriend for child support?

    Medicaid.wont. At least not in bama. You have to go after child support here through dhr or a lawyer

    They'll ask you when it's time for you to get off. You know they kick the mom off about 6 weeks after the baby is born. They'll try to get you to put your bd on child support if you want to stay on, but you don't have to, you can easily get off.

    In Ohio they do but every state even county is different you need to call your local jfs. Or dhs. They will be able to tell you your counties rules

    Also if you apply for TANF the bd will have to pay back all the money they sent you. Idk if you have TANF where you live, but that's how they do.

    Im in texas both his mom and my mom said maybe but they dont really remember I just dont want us to have to pay for it its so expensive

    Im in Texas as well and I got all my info from parents that been on medicaid years. I als asked the medicaid office the day I received mine.
