sore boobs only when I wake up?

anyone else only get sore boobs when they wake up. I wear a bra but they ache so bad in the morning then they get better through the day. if it werent for thid I wouldnt have any symptoms. I sure do have vivid dreams mow too. im due nov 23ish I'm about 6weeks, can't see a doctor till im ten weeks. so end of april. thats so long. and my mom its like she sf oesnt belive im preg cus im not throwing my guts up.xhe wants to be a grandma so bad.

    Im experiencing the same thing but there is no specific time of fay for my boobs to hurt but no n/v over here either im kind of worried my due date id nov 24 will hsve an u/s done april 5
