I took 2, followed the directions exactly, it said boy both times, im having a 100% girl! Confirmed 5 times! it just goes by ph levels in your urine, you can change the ph in your urine and it will change your result, but its fun to take!!! I think it help passes the time!
I used the red cabbage test at 12 weeks and it was right. Having a girl!! It's the cheaper alternative. Hope you get an accurate reading!! How far are you?
Lol, you take a red cabbage and cut part of it up into thin strips and boil it until the water turns blue. Then strain out the cabbage and mix the water and equal parts urine. If the mix turns pink its a boy, purple is a girl. Mine was purple and just confirmed today that baby is a girl!!

They claim the way it can tell is that the boys have more acidic urine and so when it gets filtered out through you the acid changes the color of the cabbage. Idk how much of that is true but lots of people have said it works.
