ovulation

Having a hard time figuring out when I ovulate, jus had a miscarriage, and haven't had my first cycle yet.

    @mrs_rodney I kno, but I still don't kno how to figure out how to count my days.

    Usually its anywhere from 7-10 days after your period ends

    @prayin4agurl you can get the My days app, that will help. It tells you when you should be ovulating, but it goes off of when your period was so you will have to wait for that to come. I had a mc in February and it took 6 weeks for my period to come.

    As soon as you get your period you count the first day as day one. Depending on the normal length of your cycle you can ovulate anywhere from the 13-19th day. Sperm can live up to 5 days. So my Dr tells me to "baby make" day 10-20. Hope this helps
