Driving home in a snow storm...so not good for nausea

So I do get car sick but not usually when I'm the one driving but the traffic from the snow storm was so bad and I've been so nauseous from being pregnant that I almost threw up all over my car...luckily I made it home....how long does morning sickness last? The whole first trimester?

    Mine lasted until about 16 weeks. I gave up at 14 and asked for medicine so that I could eat and function

    Ugh I'm trying to hold out because I hate medication but I might have to give in haha

    That snow storm that hit VA on Wednesday? I got stuck in a car for 8 hours without food and I got SO sick. I hurled when I got home trying to nibble a banana.

    @jwigs oh my word that would be so scary! I just moved from CA to MN and the weather here is crazy. I don't even know what to do in that type of situation.

    It does get better, carry snacks I in you car, you never know. I like to keep granola bars in my purse. When are you due? Me oct first. would much rather be prego all winter then summer but I'm just happy I am prego. Second baby hoping for a boy I-)

    @Daniw6976 My husband is from Lino Lakes :-) @Preggers this winter kinda sucks but it will get better believe it or not lol you will love and appreciate the other seasons after making it through this winter! Lol snacks are good to have in car along with a warm blanket in the chance you get stranded or something... better safe then sorry right?

    @mnbaby3 Yes I did, my cousin graduated in 97 from centennial myself 94, we hung out all the time I know aloe of people from that year, do you kind me asking your last name?

    @Mnbaby3 sorry we are doing fine as far as I know. Went to the doctor for some pain and bleeding. The bleeding stopped and the doc said the pain is probably acid reflex and not an ectopic pregnancy and I have my first ultra sound today to make sure but all the blood work they did came back normal so I have lots of hope =)
