Whats with the nose bleeds eh?

I have never had a nose bleed in my life! Do any of u ladies know why you get them?

    Just from dry warm air or being dehydrated

    Your veins expand during pregnancy and you have an increase in blood supply as well. The veins in your nose are very delicate so the increase in blood supply causes nose bleeds. It's normal so don't worry :)

    Thanks ladies! Didnt think to much bout it but I just wondered why it made the list in the pregnancy symptoms with all the other awesome symptoms we all love lol
