took wrong medicine please help

I took some pain pill thinking it was my iron pill by accident. I made myself gris up right after I realized it was the wrong medicine which was like 3min later. Will it still work in my body or wold have gone away when I threw up

You should be ok. Tell your dr, though, just in case.

I'm sure it would have been fine even if you didnt throw up, and since you threw up so quickly you prolly absorbed little to none of it

What kind of pain meds? Some are okay to take.

It's hydrocodone and thanks I hope so because now I just feel really nautious.

Yes. It is safe to take vicodin.
