is this normal? (pains after sex today)

I'm 30 weeks and 3 days.
I had sex for the first time in a long time about 4 hours ago.
Now my tummy has been hard on and off several times (not painful, more uncomfortable), I've had dull ache going thru me, and there feels like a lot of pressure in my vagina area.
Is this just side effects of sex? Or cause for worry/watching?

I've also had one really painful shooting stab like pain go thru my tummy.( bad enough that I flinched)

I've tried walking and resting. Neither seem to help. Did yours go away.@mommyy2be

You should be fine. I usually get cramping and a hard tummy for hours after sex. Unless you are getting much more than bad period like cramps you should have nothing to worry about.
