Just sad, stressed, angry, annoyed I don't like it I say things I don't mean have really bad thoughts and I take it out on my husband our other ppl. I feel so overwhelmed with these feelings and all this pressure. I just really need a break.
it's hard to do anything when that happens. Maybe I do need counseling ill talk to my doctor this thursday see what she says. I hope this works cuz it's straining my marriage and I don't want to lose him.
