can u still have sex when....

I have placenta previa which is when my placenta formed over my cervix instead of at the top of my uterus. I have a doc appt in two weeks to find out more about it but in the mean time I was wondering if it would be ok. My sex drive is thru the roof and 2 weeks sounds like such a looong time to wait. Any suggestins?

    I am waiting on my Dr appt to discuss the same thing. I pray your placenta moves back up. How far along are you? I read if its found before 20 weeks 90% migrated up the uterine wall as it stretched to make room for baby.

    As for your question.. I have only done a small amount of research.. but, what I have read says to avoid sex. I think it can cause it to rupture.. but I think you should call your Dr office. Ask to have your Dr nurse give u call bc u have a ? I have done this several times and my Dr encourages me to do so! I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem at your clinic.
