i just might loose my mind!!!!!!!

I am 6 weeks pregnant today! I have had spotting for almost 3 days now...I went to the Dr.the morning after I noticed spotting they did an ultra sound at 5 wks and 5 days and saw the baby and a heart beat!!! So the Dr. Told me to come in if I have period like bleeding for 2 days. I can't help but constantly worry I'm going to loose the baby! On top of that...I'm 18 and this is my second child. I had my first at 16 BUT I married the father and we are doing great and our daughter is almost three...however my father and grandmother act like I have killed someone, my dad hasn't talked to me since he found out and my grandmother is kinda rude when we talk. So this family fued on top of the spotting is making me go nuts! Anyone had spotting and saw the heart beat?

    I am not going through the same thong but I am going to say.... take it easy stress is a cause of miscarriages and that might be why you are spotting....
    I hope everything works out.... remember nobody can be mad at anybody when a child is born.... I am sure as it progresses things will look upward

    I had the same thing with my last pregnancy it was preaclampcia (how ever you spell it...the plcenta sits over the opening of your cervix and causes bleeding...usually moves to where its sopsost to be by 18 weeks...take it easy..doc told me no heave lifting...treat you body as if you just had a baby

    I have been taking it easy the past few days...trying to ignore the family and focus on baby :) I really hope its not preaclampcia since they did an ultrasound would they have been able to tell if I did have it?!
