HELLLPPPPP!! :/
Iam 13w pregnant w l my 2nd child. Everyday i HAV to take a nap..i try to sleep no longer then an hour & a half but i winde up sleepin 3-4 hours & i feel sedated..knocked outt! Then when i wake ip im groggy & moody bcus i slept sooo long. Any suggestions on wat can help me w l my fatigue..i hav low energy when i wake up also..pleaz anything dat u guys find helpful!!!! Pleaz share w l me. Thanx ladies!

You could be anemic. That would cause extreme fatigue.
If I could get out of the house without the crappy weather I would go for walks. I've heard that helps boost energy and for me it would elevate my mood getting some fresh air. That's all I got!!
