HELLLPPPPP!! :/

Iam 13w pregnant w l my 2nd child. Everyday i HAV to take a nap..i try to sleep no longer then an hour & a half but i winde up sleepin 3-4 hours & i feel sedated..knocked outt! Then when i wake ip im groggy & moody bcus i slept sooo long. Any suggestions on wat can help me w l my fatigue..i hav low energy when i wake up also..pleaz anything dat u guys find helpful!!!! Pleaz share w l me. Thanx ladies! :)

  • I nap too, but its only for like you said hour to an hour half.
    You could be anemic. That would cause extreme fatigue.
    If I could get out of the house without the crappy weather I would go for walks. I've heard that helps boost energy and for me it would elevate my mood getting some fresh air. That's all I got!!
  • I was the same way my first pregnancy and was prescribed iron pills. Talk to your doctor about it. Good luck O:)
  • Well ladies..i found out today dat iam anemic & i wuz prescribed iron pills & my dr gave me a list of iron rich foods & such. I askd wat causes dis & he said a variety of things..diet, an extreme amount of blood loss due to surgery or period & den i remembered my last period b4 i got pregnant wuz xtremely heavy & i wuz clotting alot. He said dats probably wat is was!!! Thanx for da feed back ladies!! :)..i started my pills dis afternoon..twice daily..im hopin & prayin dis will help & boost my energy. Oh @katlilly ive noticed dat also when i get up early & get movin..dat helps but by the time i get home & sit dwn...im wiped! Thanx again ladies! :)
  • I created a these yesterday asking about iron deficiency bc I'm feeling the same way plus I'm craving iron rich foods. Glad you found a solution!!
