Well thats what I saw on tv...that they "made" themselves have an orgasm while giving birth...they said they chose to do it...soooo idk.

Some ppl have a condition where they can't help having one anytime there heart speeds up It's on a show called strange sex disorders. One lady had multiple orgasm with each contractions lol
