freaking out

So I am due Sept 29th and was seen in the er for cramping on Tuesday er doctor said everything is five then my obgyn called and said there us nothing on the sac yet and that is not a good sign anybody else have this issue

    By lamp I am 7 but the date a concieved is January 8th

    maybe you ovulated late and you're. Earlier than that I think you only see the sac up to like 6 or 7 weeks after that you'll see baby.. so there's hope! Don't stress too much that will hurt baby

    Thanks I am going today to check my hcg levels to make sure They are not dropping They were at 3482 on tuesday

    If you had sex on the 8th you could have conceived 3 days later, because it can take that long for sperm to travel to the egg. So, let's say you really conceived on the 11th. That would put you at 4 weeks on the 25th. 5 weeks on the first. When I went in at 5 weeks 2 days, which is what you would be today, all we seen was the sac, 6 weeks 3 days we seen the sac, fetal pole and fetal heartbeat so don't stress, that only makes things worse. Cramping early like you have period cramps is very normal. Your doctor should have said he will give you another ultrasound next week to make sure things are progressing. Don't give up hope until you get another ultrasound a week from the last. Prayers for you!

    Thanks so much we have had 3 miscarriages already ughh I can not take anymore

    Usually during week 6 you will see the fetal pole and heartbeat and if there is no heartbeat on ultrasound at 7 weeks, the pregnancy is non viable, I went through that before. But like I said if you had sex the 8th, I wouldn't stress at all.
