I've read that doing kegels helps with delivery so I try to do them daily but (please forgive me being so blunt) they make me extremely horny....does this happen with any of you ladies?

@mama_kat, I was doing them for a while during sex before I knew they had an actually name too. Its my secret weapon when I'm tired and want sex to be over quickly lol. He stands no chance against the kegels lol
