I had 3 misscarriage in the last past 3 years, had my last misscarriage in Febuary of this year 2011.....now im pregnant a month later.... should i get an abortion or wait for another misscarriage..
Betty you seem to becoming off a little hard, i dont know if you ever had a missicarriage, but believe me its not fun! But if you had one then you jnow exvatly where im comming from... I been having a lot of faith praying and nothing happens but disappointment. So sorry if i feel upset
Wow that's intense. I had a mc in December and fell pregnant again right away. I was terrified I was going to lose this one too. Your situation is different though since you know why your body struggles to hold a pregnancy. I would be talking to me doc about the chances of this being a successful pregnancy. I don't know if I could go through with a termination if there was even a small possibility of having a successful pregnancy. I think its something that you have to weigh up for yourself, do you terminate and always wonder if this pregnancy would have been successful or wait and see and risk the trauma of a mc... its a lose lose situation unfortunately... goodluck in your future, feel free to contact me anytime my prayers are with you... xox
With all due respect, I am curious...if you know you cannot maintain a pregnancy, why would you become pregnant again?
Maybe I am ignorant in asking, but if I were in that perdiciment and was so sure I was going to miscarry again, I would take appropriate measures to ensure I no longer have to suffer through a miscarriage, let alone having to choose between spontanious abortion and elective abortion.
How far along do you get before you miscarry, and is it at all possible you could go full term and deliver a healthy baby? What does your doctor have to say about all this, and have you seen a high risk ob/gyn?
I am so sorry for your losses, as I too have lost a pregnancy and I know the physcial, emotional and mental stress it causes. Please keep us updated and informed of your decision, and what happens in the near future.
@Nikki24 isn't there something they can do i thought that's why they sewed up the cervix so the water won't break...i never had a miscarriage but I've had a stillborn so I know the feeling ...and now I'm preggo again and scared to death that it'll happen again but hugs baby girl everything is for a reason and this maybe your time for a miracle
Bke913 you can get pregnant on any birth control and i did. My girlfriend yesterday called me and she is pregnant, and she asked me if she should go to the hospital and have her IUD remove... my doctor will not tie my tubes because im 24. Anyway i will love to go full term, but i will never enjoy my pregnancy cuz im in fear all the time.
I had 4 miscarriges before my daughter all between 12&14 wks dr finally realized it was incompetent cervix.I don't know your situation but it's something to look into.Im a nervous wreck even after one succesful pregnancy but you have to stay positive and hope for the best.Good Luck
I suffered through 4 miscarriages in the past 2 years.. I know that it is scary.. But try and think positive.. Im currently 26 weeks pregnant and doing well... I was terrified that it would happen again, but this peanut was meant to be... Best of luck!!
