Hope I'm not the only one

I keep having these horrific dreams that my husband will cheat on me or leave me, They seem so real that I wake up from a dead sleep crying and everything. I find myself mad for the rest of the day and a crying emotional mess. He apologizes for me having these dreams but im like wth is going on! does anyone else go through this or something similar?

  • My bd is having dreams like this too since I got pregnant, or that me and baby will leave him. I think Its just a fear.
  • IDK but I wish this ish would stop
  • I have dreams about home invasions, rape, death and my husband cheating, all the time. They are very detailed and vivid too. I hate it and can't make it stop :(
  • That's really sweet that he apologizes for something he didn't do. My husband just looks at me like I'm stoopid!
  • I had a few dreams like that... About death and such that I only vaguely remembered the next day. Last night I had a dream I put lipstick on my eyebrows. That actually caused me to wake up bolt upright in a cold sweat. Lol damn hormones
  • I'm constantly having bad dreams. Now before bed, I light a candle listen to calm music and read a book. They haven't stopped altogether but I definitely have less of them. I'm sorry you're going thru this babe.
