I'm 8 weeks 2 days with bubba no2 and for the last 2 days I've been getting fluttery feelings in my belly which feels like the baby moving but I'm not sure if its to early or not

  • I felt mine for sure around 10 weeks but was feeling weird flutters around 8 but @ 10 I had ultrasound and seen him moving as I felt it. Im on baby#2 I guess as long as u know what to feel and where baby is u can feel it early.
  • This is my third and I felt the quickening. Since about 9 wks. :) I'm now 17 wks and feel non stop movements. But everybody is different :)
  • That's the word I couldn't remember lol quickening. Darn prego brain
  • I'm prego with my 4th and I'm pretty sure I've felt some flutters. With my 3rd I definitely felt it at 3 months.
  • I felt my 2nd for sure at 14w6d... not flutters, but the actual first kick. I thought I had been feeling her for about a week, but it always seemed to happen when I was pre-occupied with playing with my first & not paying attention. Lol
  • I can't wait to feel little Blueberry! :X

  • I so can't wait just to hear the heartbeat. I'm SUPER excited to feel movement >:D<
  • @happymama2be i feel the same way wont hear the 1st heart beat til 9 weekswhich sux

  • Im 11 weeks with my third....i swear i feel it toi...the other day i was pressing on my lower abdomen near my lefr hip bone and u know i felt a " push" back.. lol

You're not supposed to feel it til 16-20wks. The baby isn't big enough or strong enough til around then. Gas can very easily be confused with fetal movement.
  • I'm 17 weeks w/my 3rd.I think I felt a the first flutter around 14wks, but not too often. Just this week I've been feeling more rolling movement and the lil sucker likes to ball up on one side or the other.

The baby is less than an inch long at 9 wks. Doctor will tell u its impossible to feel it that early. Even this program says that.
  • i am on baby no 1 and 2day during my scan i felt the bubbling like feeling but i was to scared to ask if it cud have been baby i feel it more when im laying on my back or when hubby touches my belly as he sort of holds me tight
  • I am Peggy with my third and usually you can't feel it til about three months along. The butterflies usually are gas
  • Im pregnant with my forth, and didnt feel anything until 21 weeks
  • Its my first and I could tell sun at 15w something was a little different than gas bubbles. I'm in my 16w. When I'm on my side I could feel the weight of the baby move, strange, it is as heavy as 2 snickers candy bars which is how heavy the weight felt. The baby does move around at 11-12w but the arms and legs aren't moving strongly. At 12w the doc had to keep chasing the baby to keep the heart beat w a doppler so I don't doubt you ladies know what its like and feel it already.
