stomach discomfort

I'm 4 wks 3 days and every once in awhile I feel like I pulled something on the lower left side of my stomach. Just wondering if anyone has had this? Thanks

I've been having same problem now it's n middle of stomach I had ultrasound and it was fine don't know why it hurts but does
