When your husbands/boyfriends are away and you lay in bed by yourself and you just think back of when he was here and how you guys cuddle and all that stuff. Oh i miss that so much. I just got off the phone with my love and he is leaving his deployment officially! Whew! Am i glad or what. Sorry, i just wanted to let it out. We just all miss the caress and warmth from our military man!

    Mine left n feb shortly aftr i found out i was pregnant..b4 he left he used to kiss my tummy and talk to it...he's probably going to miss the birth...he wont b home til feb 2012.... ive been so depressed w/o him :*(

    @usmcwifemommy101107, we all know how that feels. So how long was your in the military? Where is he going?

    @marinesangel, aww sweety its ok. I went through the whole deploying thing and yes, its super hard and emotional. Where is he getting deployed too? Mine was in bahrain.

    @armywife3, my husband left brfore we both even knew. Im glad he will be here for the birth. Hun just always keep your head up sweety :) he would of loved to be there. Mine always say, the first thing i will say when the baby comes is DAMN look at the thing stretch. Haha sorry tmi.

    Mine just got home from Afghanistan in august. (Gone for a year) and might be leaving again in february. :/ im thankful he's been here the whole pregnancy.

    I don't know what to expect.. my fiance joined the army last october and leaves for basic in july.. he won't be here for the birth.. :( he will only be here for half of my pregnancy.. its going to be so hard. I'm so young and in school still. Well I'm going to figure it out.. lots of help from family. We will get through it together. :) I love him to death. I will be an army wife someday..I might as well get used to it early. :/

    @mammanouchee yes!! But he's infantry so its something I really have no choice but to get used to. Plus he just reenlisted for another 4 years.

    Yeah he says he's ok but idk, i still worry esp whn he doesnt call...he just got promoted to e8 but he's still waiting to pin it on...hopefully they all make it back safely :)

    @charnae, hun the only thing you can do is fight it everyday. Even though he cant be here you have to be strong! Its always hard when they first leave but when time comes around the corner, you will be use to it. Hon we are always here gor support! When my first left i was pouring my eyes out and couldnt keep myself together. I literally wore his jacket everyday even till now. Hehe funny. Sweety you will be ok. Everything will fall into place. No pain no gain.

    Yeah I keep telling my self I have to stay strong in his eyes. The only time I can show I'm sad is when its just me. I will stay strong in his eyes and make him believe im strong:)

    @armywife3, i get soo worried when they dont call you for just one day. Makes us go crazy!! Haha well not that kind if crazy lol. Its good that he got promoted! Girl in the military, all they can do is wait for simething to happen. No offence but the military just has some BS sometimes.

    @Marinesangel, how long has he been there? My brother just became a sargent so he sure is loving the controlling! Lol

    @mandiixmayhem, re-enlisted? My husband always scare me with that. I told him NO NO!!! I sometime just get emotional with it. Maybe just me eh?

    @mammanouchee well I really didn't want him to and he didn't either!! But with the baby on the way and everything going on we needed the steady income. After this he's done. Hopefully lol.

    @charnae, not only to his eyes but to yourself too. Show that you can overcome this and everything is ok. There are times when the tears just drop and dont stop but always and gotta be strong. Like i said, time will fly!

    Yeah...a lot of ppl thnk im crazy and hormonal bc im pregnant but they dnt realize how stressful it is staying behind....wondering and worrying....being a military wife is the hardest job i ever had....best of luck to all of you

    @mandiixmayhem, yes i know what you mean! For some funny reason, my husband really wants to start a ckicken farm. He isbso xonfident in it and i believe it will be a sucess! I dont know how he stands it but my husband us waiting to get out! So four more years, how long has he been in?

    Haha a chicken farm? That's interesting!!! My hubster has no idea what he wants to do when he does get out. He went to pen state for a year for psychology I believe, but no longer interested. He's been in for almost 3 years.
