Do babies know when your expecting?... I babysit a nine month old baby and hes such a good baby. And when he starts to take his nap he always falls asleep on my chest or even sometimes moves more down on to my tummy. Do babies know when your pregnant or something? He always smiles when he see's me. And theres a point where I put him in his crib and when he wakes up crying I carry him and I sit on the rocking sofa chair he falls back asleep. On my chest again. I know this might be a dumb question but is it possible for them to know?

    i think they some how can sense it. my 1 year has been overly clingy lately. she was in her independent stage not wantin to be held and stuff,now she wont let me out her down,lol. also alot of other people have told me that they can sense it. :)

    I think babies knows wen ur pregnant n u might be carrying a girl they say that if a boy is closer to u u having a girl congratulations

    And I been spotting this week. I just called my docs office gosh I hate it because i left a message so that they can call me back so I,can try to be seen today

    @veteranswife its crazy because I go to my moms job and the cats seem to come n get closer to me mind u im allergic to them them. Last time I went I got real itchy. N the dog was close to me too.

    When I was preg w #1. We went to MILs & niece was there. That day she wanted to see my belly & kept lifting my shirt. We didn't find out I was preg til later. But somehow I think that was a sign she knew. She was 2.

    If a boy is closer to u i thought it was it is a boy? I have a girl n shes real good and ever since i got prego shes horrible and im having a boy.

    @one5one omgg!! That is too cutee. Well I have a kids party to go to my godson and when I see him he also get excited n happy. He always comes to me. Lets see how he reacts to me this saturday. But the baby I take care of hes gotten so much closer to me its crazy he like knows its me his face lights up! Gosh I love the feeling

    My two year old kinda knows what's going on! She now stays on my hip all the time! And my soon to 5y o on Tuesday walked up to me this last weekend and said "mommy you tummy is getting so big time for the baby to come out!" well im only 13 weeks and have a long way to go! But was so cute! My 2 y o also told me there was a baby in my tummy 2 days before i took the test. That was the reason i took the test cause i had an ectopic pregnancy in October and they knew that baby was gone.

    @veteranswife ohh ok ok 50/50 lol well I honestly dont know. Ok so my last period was march12/16 and a week or so after my boobs started hurting me n was nauseous but my boobs started to hurt more n more n my nipps too. And just monday I started spotting a brownish discharge n it came with some blood but its not bad n im still spotting pinkish light redish.

    My 21 month old definantly knows!! She will pat my belly and rest her head on it. And recently she will go find the keyboard mouse to her kiddie laptop and pretend like its a doppler and make heartbeat noises!! Its so cute ;))

    She knew from the time I was a month or two pregnant. She would touch my belly and say baby

    Oh Yes they know ;) Im native american and We know they know but my baby nieve Shes 1 keeps peeking under her legs, this is a sign Shes looking for her playmate... Aka the baby... Also my bfs nephews have been big babies haha. So they know. :)

    @reemama thats crazy u say that because the baby I babysit hes becoming like that a bit crying he doesnt like being in the stroller too long he gets fussy n would rather me carry him. Lol and he wants me to like always have him in my arms

    @mommyb3 im not too sure. Like I was tellin veteranswife my last period was march12/16 and a week or so after my boobs started to hurt soooooo bad n then my nips too. Someone told me it could be just implantation bleeding.

    @pinkhopesfor1stbby good luck i had that with my 1st one but not with 2nd. 3rd (the ectopic baby) and this baby number 4! But never know. Never was sick till this one and this one I've been really sick to make up for not being sick for any of the others!

    @mommyb3 so was everything fine when u had that with your first?what was the cause of it though? Im,glad I made an appt. Because im scared although im trying to keep cool and praying that everything is fine. Oh my may godbless you n ur fourth baby! :)

    You know my nephew does the same thing. Its like he's trying to hear the baby or something. Its so cute. But some times he's so evil he stabbed my stomach with a folk. :-(

    @pinkhopesfor1stbby everything was great. My doctor just said it was just old blood and nothing to worry about! And he was right. Thanks can't wait for my 3rd baby! I lost my 3rd pregnancy baby this will be my 3rd baby but 4th pregnancy.

    I think they do. My girlfriend had her baby and brought him over to visit when he was a couple weeks old. She said he had been fussing all day, but when I held him he curled up on my chest and slept the whole time. The next time I saw him, she asked if I wanted to feed so sure I did. He ate 4 oz for me and only took 3 from everyone else! So now she loves bringing him to visit!
