  • I failed both gloucose test. But Im not gonna stress over it. Just watching what I eat... I gained 1lb in 2weeks... He was surprised....
  • I will do that hopefully i will get better
  • I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes too and am on glyburide and the low carb diet. The diet is a drag sometimes I hate to say but I have lost 5 lbs since I started it. So everyone keeps telling me how good I look. ;)

Im 33 1/2 weeks and I've only gained 8 lbs which is great in my book. I've been trying to be calm about the whole high risk thing. But its been challenging. I have been frustrated with the whole situation.

  • Well, I have GD due to a tumor on my pancreas, at least that's what they think. Before my GTT, I had started monitoring my sugar 1 & 2 hrs after meals cause I would get dizzy & have headaches after I ate. They would run 200+ 2hrs after a regular meal. I was already on a special diet cause chronic pancreantitis & the tumor, but after GD dx, I was put on an even stricter diet. My sugars were still out of control so now I'm on insulin.
