I'm newly married with a baby on the way end of Oct/Early Nov. I live in Michigan. I'm almost 11wks. And really wanting a girl. Any new advice you can give me. I am only 11wks and I already have everything I need for the baby. So my mom is talking about the baby shower being an easy shower b/c everyone can shop for fun stuff like toys and cute outfits once we know what it is.

What is the best thing to eat when pregnant? I'm kinda past the morning sickness or i hope but when i get up i get lightheaded and dizzy. I try to get up slowly.

Drink lots of water to keep hydrated. Take a 30 walk on most days. This will help keep your weight down. Exercise is supposed to shorten labor by 2-3 hours.
