Question about twins...

I feel stupid, but I'm curious... If your pregnant with twins, do you need to take two prenatal vitamins a day? Or will the one suffice them both?

    Lol.. No question is stupid! I believe 1 will do! Ask ur doctor though he/she can advise you the best! If u havent seen a doctor I suggest u take only 1 a day until u see him/her! Cuz u can overdose ursrlf with vitaman also if u take too much of it!

    I'm not pregnant myself with twins :) just the one :)
    But I was curious about it! Thank you for your response! And its crazy how people can overdose on even vitamins!

    I only take one prenatal, but I take iron and calcium supplements as well. Lol they need double the minerals, so your body takes a beating.
