I just got back from being at the hospital and I had a misscarrige they said they only could see what a 7 week sack would look like and that scares me because three weeks ago I fell when it was raning outside I now think. That was thw reason

I'm so sorry! But try not to blame yourself. At 7 weeks they're so well cushioned in there it's very unlikely you caused the m/c.
