Went to the ER yesterday..

I started bleeding and it was bright red and more than just a little spotting the ppl in the ER kept saying i was find for now i was so worried and still am .. i felt like crying but good thing my bf was there for me =)

    Make.sure you call your OB first thing Mon morn or if your dr has a pager # I would call right now. I went to the er. a few months ago (I'm ttc, not prego, no kids) I was having. very heavy period & was losing too much blood & the er did NOTHING! I called my ob asap & test were ran & they gave me some helpful info. Good luck sweetie & prayers for you & your lil bundle!

    Thanks and yea they told me to call me OB on monday so i am.. and they checked the heart beat and the OB on call there did an ultrasound, she looked at my cervix and they took blood,and she said everything looked good but they all said for the moment i was bleeding for like 2 hrs but it was a crazy amount thank good but it was bright red.. i have my nxt doc appt on the 25th so yea I cant wait to call tomorrow .. and THANK YOU

    I went thru the same thing on Friday night, read my ER post. I am praying for both our babies.

    wow i just read your post.. praying for both our babies as well. i hope its nothing serious.. and i hope we can get some kind of answer soon.. glad to know im not alone though i was so worried i was going to lose my baby yest. just the thought made me want to cry

    @ahendricks09 Keep me posted, tomorrow can't seem to come soon enough so I can speak with my obgyn. It was the scariest thing I've ever gone through. Are you/were you feeling any pain? I pretty much just had the heavy heavy bleeding.

    will do and you do the same .. and omg yes i need monday to hurry up... and nope just my back was hurting..but no cramps or anything.. same i just had bleeding

    During my second pregnancy I had a few hours of really heavy bleeding. The placenta detached a little, but everything was fine. I'm sure there are many possible reasons for bleeding which aren't a big deal, but if you don't trust the ER then maybe you should put yourself on pelvic rest to be on the safe side until you can see your OB.

    I experienced bleeding a few days agi after intercourse, needless to say no more for me! Still kinda worried. But my Dr said everything will be okay.

    I had heavy bright red bleeding Tuesday and then a nice size blood clot i thought i had lost my baby i went to the er and every thing seems fine have doc apt the 23rd wish u luck and lots of. Prayers

    Thanks guys and the er ob told me no sex... but calling to talk to my doc in the am I already hve an appt on the 25Th.... but thanks everybody I really appreciate it
