OK that helped. Yes I do believe stress will mk u gain weight* ppl were exagreting thsn they told i'll blow up. So how long have u been trying to conceive?
My sis was on it and she did gain weight.Im pretty sure she only gained like 10lbs though and she went off of it and lost it right away.she went off bc she needed surgery and her dr says she should get preg very soon now.
Like lucky7's sis, I gained about ten pounds but lost it after went off last fall, no comic, but estrogen and progesterone. I actually weighed morethen than I do now being 14 weeks pregnant!
The drugs can do all sorts of things, hair growth, weight gain, skin changes, Swollen breasts. Homone rage. For us, the drugs were worse than the first trimester issues. but the drugs are what helped us to get to this point. So unfortunatly , they were a necessary evil. Just follow your DR's orders and also read any warnings. I found one warning on one med that a side effect was "malformed genitalia" in males 1 in 1000. thats all we need, is a son with an upsidown weenie.
Actually the side effect on the male genetitalia is the penis hole forms on the underside of the head.... told my wife, if we have a son with that issue we will call him tricky dick. and im sure he will be popular at college parties. but seriously just make sure you read read read and talk to the DR
That was the progesterone shots. as the daddy its hard to see the lady you care the most about going thru all of this crap and there isnt anything you as a guy can do to make it better. Our main function in life is to protect the women in our life, and when you can take the pain, discomfort etc etc away, you just feel sooooo helpless.
AWw bigbadwoulph ur last comment made me fEel better. we've been trying to to conceive for over a year n half now..n nOw my boyfriend tells me maybe we arent meant tO have kids..just like he gave up! Theres times where he doesnt wanna havE sex with mE. Is it just cus he doesnt wanna see me disappointed anymOre?
