constant pelvic ache?

i'm 12w4d and as mentioned in a previous discussion this morning, i fell down the stairs at my apartment causing my body to hurt, but otherwise i'm fine, no bleeding at all or cramping. but i do have this persistent dull ache right inside of my left hip. could this be from my fall or do you think it's just my body stretching? not too concerned, just a little worried it might be from my fall and something is wrong, but something is telling me it's not from the fall. it feels like ovulating aches, if anyone knows what those feel like. any input/experience will help! i'm pretty sure it's not baby since baby wouldnt be way over there..

    I think that its just the stretching some times I have that same feeling in the same area so I wouldn't worry :)

    It could be round ligament pain its totally normal with pregnancy its just your muscles and ligaments of your uterus and around there that are stretching for baby:)
