If babys head is really but really down ?

    The baby should be head down into the third trimester.

    I just had my fetal anatamy ultra sound monday an babys head was down but im only 21 weeks the ultra sound tech didnt seem too worried

    @mrswright the tech lady kept sayying Omg your babygirl is too low with her head down because she didn't have her head on my stomache she had it more in the bottom .

    My daughter was head down and really low when I was 24 weeks. And stayed head down until I had her. I was so low I had stretch marks in places I never thought was possible. Also I walked like I just got off a horse from 26 weeks till the end.

    She should be fine many babies "engage" early.
