Are halls okay during pregnancy? I have a wicked cold and i can barely talk my throat hurts so much. If halls arent safe, what else can i take?

Throat lozenges are ok but not those with zinc. Gross but try to gargle warm salt water it helps for me.

I use halls all the time, my baby gets really hypet from them lol

They are fine. My dr let me take nyquil when I had bronchitis. It depends on the severity what you can take. Halls wont hurt you. Moderation.

This might sound dumb but what does zinc do if ur pregnant I thought they were ok so I had a zinc tablet when I was sick...
