Assuming this is posted via a smart phone as mine is u an get a free app and play it fall night next to you. I have a itouch that i keep plugged in its doc and i hear it all night....love it.

Eat some crackers for nausea. I find that tylenol helps me sleep the best, this is my 4th child.

The thunder and rain relaxed me and stopped a headach and nausesness but didn't help with getting me to sleep.
