  • Well I'm only 20weeks so I hope my baby isn't trying to come out all ready lol
  • This is my fourth pregnancy and yes sadly its normal.
  • Same feeling im having right now and im only 18 weeks... its a pressure and its starting to hurt
  • Totally normal to have pain and pelvic pressure. With my daughter, I thought she was coming out at 22 weeks I hurt so bad. Try some pelvic tilts, if you have someone to help, lean your elbows on a counter or table, and have someone hold belly up out of pelvic region from behind. My doula used to do that for me, and it helped alot.
  • my doctor told me to get a belly support belt it holds your stomach up relieves back pain, lower abdominal pain and pelvic pain
