grr..stomach constantly growling!!

My stomach is constantly making weird gurgly growling noises even after I eat and when im not feeling hungry. Is it due to the hormones or am I just imaging this?. If I am pg I'm just about 2-3 weeks along. If anyone experienced this pls share ur story :)

    I'm 11 weeks and I'm just like that, even after I eat I'm still hungry but I don't want to eat and gain more weight then I'm suppose to but I just feel like I never get full.

    Omg that's one thing that's been annoying me the most . Especially all throughout the night all I hear is my stomach growling even after I eat makes me feel as if I've been starving myself. I am now 13 weeks and it doesn't happen as much. So no ur not just imagining this lol :)
