I'm looking to be on some sort of birth control after I have my baby boy. I havnt been on this since I was 16. So just taking some suggestions or ideas of what to do or go on....?
My Dr told me that most women he has talked to prefer the pill to any other "self" bc. Idk bout the shot or iuds. I sucked at the pill-I'm forgetful lol
The pill worked perfectly for me but I hated always taking it everyday I'm leaning more towards the mirena this time. What are u planning on getting on?
I hv bad luck w alk types of bc....Hopefully the mirena works for u. But I had to get mine out cause it made my uterus hurt for 7 months straight sex was painful and the constant spotting drove me crazy!!! And the patch made me so violently ill the er doc ripped it off.. LOL hence my first and second pregnancys.. pill is annoying but I think it has less serious side effects.
Nova ring was disappointing to (tmi) when I had that BC and used condoms too they wound get stuck on it somehow And end up inside....
Just do a lot of research and figure out what's best for ur lifestyle....
