I do it. My Dr. said any side is okay, but I do try and stay on my left mostly. Last night I had to fall asleep on my right because laying on my left made me feel sick.
Lol o ok @caroline8_p i was thinking of u laying with ur arms n legs spread like a capital h lol n yea thats how i sleep. I lay on my stomach on one side n i raise the opposite leg up. I never used to sleep like tht before
i still sleep on my stomach and my midwife told me to start training myself to sleep on my left side but I'm only 13 weeks so i'll do it once i really start to get a baby bump. :-)
@1sttim3mommy i dnt feel as guilty for sleeping on my tummy bcuz my midwife said as long as im comfy that the baby is. But i heard we shouldnt sleep on our right sides. But ur only 13 wks i bet u barely have a bump lol so i dnt think its wrong for u to still sleep on ur tummy
I used to sleep on my left side like ever since I wad a kid. Once I got pregnant, right side or I don't fall asleep. Weirdo me, but I just can't care if baby ok and I get some sleep lol!!!

I used to before I shared a bed with hubby then I didn't for awhile but now I do IRS so exhausteing maybe that's why I'm exhausted allll day long lol @excitednewmom
