  • Ill be doing the veggies fruit n water diet! Lol. Also walking/exercising as soon as possible. I may even try slim fast or those special k drinks they have now.
  • Every diet works if I stick to it. IF! Might go back to weight watchers or go back to using the MyFitnessPal and CardioTrainer apps on my Droid. I love them and they're free!
  • No carbs for me I'm so tired of being fat I'm gonna stick to it this time
  • I'll probably stck with a little less stringent version of the diet they have me on now and plan on walking.
  • Yes I gained bout 22 pds I want to feel good about myself after havin d baby
  • I was doing Herbalife before pregnancy just to stay in shape. It's so easy and tastes really good with all the different combos you can make. With that and running 2 miles a day, it was the easiest diet ever.
  • im just going to eat lots of fruits and veggies.. weight training, and plyometrics.. they work best for me.. do you ladies workout now even though your preg.. i do and seems like alot of folks just stop when they get preg..
  • I used herbalife before I got preg & lost 40 lbs without even exercisin lol so I'm def going bak to tht
  • Yea herba life is d diet for me n I wana work out too
  • @lae3 I never understood why women completely stop working out when preg.. til I had my mc and then got pregnant again was terrified to work out hardcore like before for fear of losing my babe.. but i still walk/jog.. you wanna be fit for the best delivery :) however I will be doing p90x again after this baby!! Yay for being ripped..
  • Im going to continue what I have alwayd done and eat healthy and well balanced. Lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, nuts, fish and chicken. I eat about 6 times a day and never let myself get super hungry that I overeat. Im still exercising 5-6 days a week, cardio(run, precor, spin bike, or walk) and some strength training and plan to try and continue as as I can after the baby (im 23 weeks). I was training for a marathon when I found out I was preg and so I hope to pick that back up after the baby is born (goal is to run another full within a year after baby is born). To be honest, I dont really believe much in "diets". My philosophy is to make lifestyle changes that you can sustain longterm. Diets are often unsustainable for many people because they are too restrictive, strict, or intense. Once they are stopped the weight often comes back which is worse for you and can mess with ur metabolism. Dont get me wrong, there is a time and place for certain diets but in general they arent going to provide long term changes. Sorry, im kinda passionate about this because I am a Registered Dietitian.Do what works for you as long as it is healthy, gives u the nutrition you need, includes exercise/activity, and is sustainable. Oh, I also plan to breast feed which will help get ur tummy back to normal.
  • Yes I will breastfeed cause its good for the baby n for me.
  • Before i was preggo I was on a 1200 cal intake. Worked for me I lost 19lbs I also did zumba tw
  • twice a week. U can still do zumba if u wanted to there is a few preggo girls in the class
  • I love Herbalife!! My sister was a coach last summer & I know after this baby comes I'm gonna get back on it. I indulge myself every now & then w/ a smoothie, tea & aloe shot!
  • BabyGeesmama2B i also still work out.. and also do and hour walk at night wich i consider stress reliefe and digestive help.. lol.. i do it at night.. and i take my kids.. its nice.. i really want to try p90x though.. that would be great.. considering im going to be wearing a swimsuit this summer im 15wks preg.. ive been doing alot of squats and lunges .. cant let my booty sag.. im sure its going to expand.. as long as it stays up im good.. lol
