Is this a bad thang or normal

Im 13weeks 4days and I get these stings idk wat to call them cramps contrations idk but theres no blood no spotting. So they cum and go there dwn there not my tummy wat r they and y do I get them is this normal

    They might be braxten hicks contractions of the uterus you body can do it as early as 13 weeks it preparing it self for labour Google it

    My doc told me that it could be just the ligaments stretching preparing for your uterus to get larger. I get them when I stand up or when I'm just laying down. They don't last long but are noticeable. They are in my pelvic area.

    I'm 15 weeks today. She said not to worry unless it gets worse and is all the time and accompanied by spotting. Is this your first?

    I had cramping pains too and you should be okay as long as your not bleeding and it comes and goes. I know they can hurt and make you worry but it is just stretching.
