The Dr told me were (prego ladies) are to eat every 2 hours, I'm burnt out on fruit, plus most are out of season. Any suggestions for snack ideas because today it is pizza rolls lol.
Popcorn, cucumbers, pb and j sandwiches, chef boyardee has a full serving of veggies, mini bagels with cream cheese. Heck even turkey and dorrito sandwiches taste delish
Nuts such as cashews and almonds get ones that are unsalted if you can. Muffins are good.bagels.english muffins. Ice creams good cuz the dairy in it.and milkshakes.frozen yogurt.granola.raisins.
Yes..nutella...lovvvveee it...haven't tried it on pretzles...sounds messy hahahaa...I like toasted bread with peanut butter n nutella..or dippin an apple in it...or the other day I dipped a nilla wafer inside..haha yumm
Cereal ... banana and peanut butter.... rice cakes.... carrots and hummus....quesadilla on wheat tortilla... protein shake...my favorite desert right now is take a whole apple and core out the middle but bot all the way...stuff it with chopped pecans and maple syrup bake in the oven at 350 til soft....mmmm...mmm
Fruit and yogurt parfaits with granola from mcdonalds...I stock up on them. Only a dollar a piece and its just not the same if I try to make them myself.
I eat a lot of oranges. And chewy granola bars. The Quaker smore granola bars are to die for. I can eat yogurt again, but only some flavors. And I eat a lot of cheese sticks. I stay with the mozzarella, I'm afraid the harder cheeses will add to constipation. Nutella and marshmallow fluff sanwhiches are silly good, especially on graham crackers.
Nutella is a Choc Hazelnut spread. And yes its amazing. I love to dip fruit in it. My kids love Nutella peanut butter sandwiches. I also get lumpia or eggroll wrappers, and wrap sliced banana's and nuttella then deep fry. Its not the healthyest but its become a dessert all my friends request when we have a party!!
