playing the waiting game

I am not likeing this...I can't go to the doc I am in the middle of a divorce and I found out I am preg with my boyfriends baby...I can't go to the doc cuz I live in tx and in tx you can divorce a preg woman...I want to be divorced and rid of my ex so bad he treated me like total poo..I have 2 boys with him...I am 8-10 weeks preg this will be baby #4 and I really want to go to the doc but my soon to be ex will find out and then we can't divorce till after I have the baby ...this totally sucks...any advice...?

    You can't divorce even if it isn't your husbands baby? Weird. Jw cause I live in tx

    Yes it a law....and I am scared my soon to be ex will want the judge to order a preg test...he is a really big butt head

    My lawyer told me too keep it to my self I haven't even told my mom and its so hard I tell her everything

    In Michigan if a woman gets pregnant while she's married then the child is automatically considered to be the husbands even if he's not the biological father. He can even be ordered to pay child support. The only way to fight it is to get divorced & get a DNA test that proves otherwise because. Until then the husband will be responsible for the child.

    I would keep quiet about it then. It sucks & I know cuz we're keeping quiet about this one & I'm 15 weeks. I'm high risk & my dr said I could easily miscarry at anytime because of my health complications. Good luck to you. I hope things work out & the divorce process is a quick one for you.

    @cantwait2bamommy....I know...but can't use this in court there is no way to prove who wrote it...be there before with txt messages
