mood swings

I am seriously having the worst mood swings ever. I hate being around the fiance because I either want to kill him or cry and I feel like I do everything around the house and get nothing in return. Anyone else feeling the same way

    Its so frustrating because I know why I'm the way I am but I really don't know whether to yell or cry and its not how I usually am
