I'm kind of doing that. My husband gets 3 days of paid paternity leave when I give birth. I wish he got a week, but beggars can't be choosers I'm glad that I'll get 3 whole days with him and baby because he's an experienced dad and I'm a new mom. I'll need the help!
Me and my boyfriend are doing that. We might have the first day with family so they don't go crazy about not seeing the little one but after that we are spending a week with no phones.
My hubby and I are. I am taking 12 weeks off and he is going to take 5 days at the begining of my leave and 10 days towards the end, and we are going to Wyoming to visit my sister.
Well we are lucky and work for a hospital and they are really good about paternity leave, plus he NEVER takes off, so he has all kinds of leave saved up!
My fiance n I are thinking about it he will be home with me for as long as he can after I have her. We are thinking of for her first birthday taking her to Africa my fiances sister leaves Monday for Africa for two years in the peace core n I'm so sad she will miss her first niece being born n our wedding so we r thinking of going to her so she can meet gracelyn. I don't want to take her to soon though
We are going before baby comes. Sort of like a last trip before we become parents and don't get the privacy. But we're not quite sure where to go yet...
Well the most babymoon we will get it a night off from the kids. August 7 is our 7 year anniversary and coincidently 3-4 weeks before me due date. So we r hoping my parents would suck it up a nd watch the kids over night for us. We only gget about 3 dates a yr...so that's a huge treat

When baby is about 3 weeks, we're going out of state to visit family for a week. I guess that counts?
