Benedryl or sudafed.. is check with Dr what is better but both are safe.

Cough sweets & honey and lemon for sore throat and lots of tissue and vicks vapour rub for your nose

Try using a netipot. It works wonders for a stuffy nose.

Plain Sufafed is wat I take. You can also ask a pharmacist at the store since your pregnant.
