im asking too much or being selfish?

So here is the thing. Im going to move to oklahoma city next month now im on Panamá. Im so excited because my doctor told me that we can do the 4d us and the video on my last appoiment here before i go there and i just have to pay 100$ and i dont know how much is there and where i can make it so i want to do it here. Also i saw a beautiful baby clothes handmade for our little man and that is the whole set for 78 $ but idk if i can tell my hubby to give me that money because he just buy my mother ticket my son and mine tickets and he also is going to buy 2 beds and like every week send me money for mine and my son stuff. He make like 3000 $ at week but he say the 1 he is going to pay rent electric cable and internet bills so i dont know if is too much me asking for almost 200 extra since he have all that expences. Im not used to ask for money cause i had a good job before and never needed but now i have none savings or anything. Wath should i do?

    @mrs_shu. I know is just too hard for me talk about money im used to make my own and spend it like i want but is not same now

    Well I know that 4d sonograms are like 500 here in el paso but idk about Oklahoma?? Medicaid pays for 3D or 4D only with a dr refrel like high risk pregnancys or if the doctor is worried bout the bby I got a 3D free with Medicaid with my first but bcuz my dr orderd it I was considered high risk bcuz at that time I was young I was 17 then to top it off I got high blood pressure while I was pregnant so at 34 wks he sent me to another Dr who did the 3D and that dr was nice he even made me a vhs!! Neway lol yes u should aprovechar y compralo aya x ke aqui esta mas caro;)
