Bradley method classes

I just signed up for a Bradley Method class. Has anyone else taken these classes before? I have to admit that I'm excited to take the class but my husband/coach is a bit sceptical. Any experiences ou can share would be helpful :)

    What is it about. Don't think I heard of it.

    From the class description its all prenatal stuff, nothing about after the baby comes. They talk about training up your birth coach to know how to help you, nutrition, making informed decisions in the hospital, techniques to avoid pain killer usage and steps to delivering spontaneously and naturally. I think that about covers it. :)

    Well I been thru labor before so I'm saving the $$.
