measuring big... need advice please!!!

I had a doctors appt last week when I was 30wks and she told me my uterus was already measuring 38cm, and she was completely shocked. She had me rush in for an ultrasound and baby seemed fine and weighed roughly 4lbs. I don't know what this really means with measuring that big already can anyone help me understand? Thanks :)

    Thanks, I go back to doc in a few days, gestational diabetes test came back good, I just didn't really understand what she meant exactly when she said I was already at 38cm.
