I just got word that the results of my u/s I had today showed that I have miscarried. I was advised to make an appt. for a D&C tomorrow. I'm really scared. Has anyone had the procedure done and how awful is it? Good luck to everyone with their pregnancies.

Im so sorry!!! I have had 4 miscarriages, but I was fortunate enough to pass them all on my own.. I didn't need a d&c...

D&c is not bad at all some women just get cramping after. I had about 2 and the second time I just got dizzy when I woke up and needed to rest for awhile.

@surprised4number2 The D&C procedure is uncomfortable and may have slight cramping, but nothing too unbearable. I've had more miscarriages than I care to list, and have had several. Don't let this get you too down, hun. It's nature's way. Another sweet baby will bless you soon.
