Is anyone else getting sick to their stomach while having a pap smear done? It's getting worse for me, especially now I'm pregnant!!! And they may want to do a colposcopy. Forget it! Ain't happening!!
I'm 33 weeks and ill be getting that Strep B test done when I'm 1 day away from being 36 weeks. Totally not looking forward to it. They put like a tampon looking thing in ur ass and vigina. Cuz that where the bacteria lives, is in ur butt hole. Everyone has to get it done. I'm soooo not looking forward to it
@cetheridge. R u serious! Omg my OB/GYN told me that's what he has to do. Also when I was bearly 12 weeks. I got my first pap. And at the end he stuck his finger up my butt. WTF, do I have a perverted OB or what?
Haha i had an ob do the finger in the butt w my son but supposedly checking for position of the cervix i believe. But yeah should just be a swab outside for group b because babies not comin out of ur butt haha
@cetheridge. Omg yea my OB said that a tampon like think will be shoved a half an inch up my butt and vagina. And then be tested. And it don't sound right. So do all Dr. Swap the outside an that's it. Cuz if so I ain't gonna allow him to go near my ass if it jus needs to be swabbed
Yeah, Ive never had anything put in my butt. Tell him to back off! If he insists tell him you want a nurse in there to witness. They only need to swab you, it's fairly simple! Google it. Hah
yeah i had my group b strep test last week and thats they did, just swabbed the outside of my vag and butthole, it was a bit uncomfortable but it was only like 2 seconds of swabbing. Nothing has been stuck up my butt. Although last year I had a female Dr stick her finger up my butt during a pap, I was like "That feels weird" and she was like "I'm just doing a rectal exam" like WTF?!
I just laughed my head off and my boyfriend got mad because he felt left out so he took my phone, started reading, and said NO ONE IS GOING UP YOUR BUTT.
